Stenosis Prediction

Estimates the probability of a relevant coronary stenosis from age, sex, cardiovascular risk factors, symptoms and current medication, using a logistic regression model derived from our institutional cohort.

Preliminary model — research use only

This model is under development and has not yet been externally validated or prospectively tested. The output is an estimate for research and educational purposes and must not be used on its own to guide diagnosis, testing or treatment.

About the model

A logistic regression model with 19 predictors — age, sex, six cardiovascular risk factors, six symptom categories and five medication classes. Coefficients are applied in the browser; no patient data is transmitted or stored.

How to read the result

The output is the estimated probability that a relevant coronary stenosis is present. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace guideline-directed pre-test probability assessment or downstream imaging.
